Meghan has worked in the industry for over 13 years. She puts a heavy focus on community engagement, brand reputation and public relation strategies to develop an overall plan tailored to you or your business. Meghan has received various awards and accolades including Top 25 Women in Business, Distinctive Women of Northeast Pennsylvania, Scranton Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year, Sam and Jane Cali Star Award, Saddle of Hope Award, Child Advocate of the Year and The Coaches vs. Cancer Outstanding and Dedicated Service Award. Meghan also serves on numerous local non-profit boards and committees.
Nicole joins us in the role of Accounts Manager with a specialization in Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility. She is skilled in developing press releases, PR campaigns and media relations strategies. She is also experienced in social media and reputation management, event planning, and sponsorship initiatives. Nicole serves on the Board of Sprint for Service Dogs, as well as the committees for Dunmore Police National Night Out, Billy's New Hope Barn and Lackawanna College Police Academy and is an alumni of Leadership Lackawanna. Nicole served 6 years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard prior to finding her passion in marketing.

Melissa joins us as Editor & Office Manager with years of experience in office managing and coordinating.
Melissa is a graduate of the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University. She is skilled in editing, copywriting, and contract work. She also has experience in social media management, event planning and retail consulting. Melissa serves on the board and is the social media chair of Sprint for Service Dogs and has volunteered her time for numerous local causes and groups such as St. Joe's, Coaches vs. Cancer, Marley's Mission, American Heart Association, and the Children's Advocacy Center.

Meet our Head of Research as well as professional photographer, Dannielle Paris Hickok. Dannielle joins us with 7 years experience in Professional Photography. Additionally, Dannielle is a Licensed Practical Nurse and has extensive experience in research and market studies. Dannielle devotes much of her time to volunteering and is passionate about helping the under privileged.
Public Relations Manager
Haley graduated from Lackawanna College with an Associates Degree in Digital Media. She furthered her education by attending Marywood University where she received her degree in Public Relations and Advertising. Haley specializes in Crisis Management, Graphic Design and Program Planning. Haley also works with corporate relations and event planning.
